Return and Exchange Policy


Returns

You may return and/or exchange your purchased item within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return the item must be unused and in new condition, just as you received it. Items cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been worn or washed.

Returning procedure (if applicable)

  • Please ensure the item hasn’t been worn or washed

  • The item must be in new and unused condition

  • 30 days must not have passed.

  • Email AnchorFamilyDesigns@gmail.com to receive a return form and include it in the package you are returning.

  • Please return the package via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return Shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please have tracking when returning your package.

  • Once we receive your package, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for processing.

We don’t process exchanges due to the limited amount of stock. Please return the item and then place a new order for the item you are wanting.

Defective items…

If you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within three business days so that we can work together to correct the issue.
